‘Beets by Drew’ Cocktail Supports Breast Cancer Awareness Month
10.18.23
To support Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, the Coyle Restaurant Collective is dedicating one dollar from every sale of their renowned cocktail, "Beets by Drew," at their three Orange County establishments: Fable & Spirit, Dublin 4 Gastropub, and Wineworks For Everyone, to local breast cancer centers.
"Beets by Drew" stands as one of their most beloved libations, a creation by Drew Coyle, the director of spirits for Coyle Hospitality Group. This cocktail showcases Coyle's unwavering commitment to using carefully sourced, fresh ingredients. Its distinctive pink hue is derived from house-pressed beets, expertly combined with Hendricks Gin, lemon, and ginger to craft the ultimate refreshing beverage.
Throughout the month of October, one dollar from each sale of "Beets by Drew" at Fable & Spirit in Newport Beach will be contributed to the Hoag Breast Center at Hoag Hospital. Meanwhile, one dollar from every purchase of this cocktail at Dublin 4 Gastropub and Wineworks For Everyone in Mission Viejo will go towards supporting the Women's Wellness Center at Providence Mission Hospital Mission Viejo.
Fable & Spirit, Dublin 4 Gastropub, and Wineworks For Everyone will donate $1 from the sale of Beets by Drew for the entire month of October. For hours of operations, address, and reservation information, please visit fableandspirit.com, dublin4gastropub.com, and wineworksforeveryone.com
